GWEN STEFANI FROM FULLERTON
Gwen (Renée) Stefani, from Fullerton, CA has fast become Orange County’s sweetheart. She was born in Fullerton, and raised close to Disneyland in Anaheim. Her mom’s name is Patti, and her dad is Dennis. She has one sister named Jill. In addition to brothers: Eric and Todd. She attended Loara High School in Anaheim, and graduated in 1987. It is said she felt she needed to lose some weight, so she joined the high school swim team. After graduation from high school, she entered Cal State Fullerton. She is not only an iconic American music artist but a fashion designer as well. She was previously part of the rock band “No Doubt”. Their 1995 album Tragic Kingdom propelled them to stardom and sold 17 million copies worldwide. Before her solo debut, Stefani collaborated with other artists on their albums, including “South Side” with Moby and “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” with Eve.

Stefani has released four studio albums, one extended play, 31 singles (including eight as a featured artist), five promotional singles, one video album, and 28 music videos. She has sold more than nine million albums as a solo artist. Several of her songs have appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, including “Hollaback Girl” which peaked at number one and “The Sweet Escape” at number two.
In 2002 Stefani won a Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for the song “Let Me Blow Ya Mind“. She has also won two MTV Video Music Awards in 2005, including Best Choreography for “Hollaback Girl” and Best Art Direction for “What You Waiting For?” At the Teen Choice Awards, Stefani won all four nominations that she received, including Choice Breakout, Best Female Video, and Choice Collaboration for “Rich Girl“. Also, she was named the World’s Best New Female Artist at the World Music Awards in 2005. Overall, Stefani has received 49 awards from 126 nominations.
GWEN HEADS TO LAS VEGAS
On June 25, 2018, Stefani took up residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino’s Zappos Theater in Las Vegas. Her show is titled “I’m Just A Girl.” The maven made her grand entrance dripping in high-dollar jewels, thigh-high boots, and a sparkling silver leotard and jacket. The accompanying showgirls were adorned in feathers. Dancers rode around on large bananas. As of this posting, she is still performing this show in Las Vegas.
GWEN LEAVES "THE VOICE"
For a few years, she appeared on the voice with (her now husband) Blake Shelton. In 2021, she stepped down to focus on her singing career. Stefani & Shelton have collaborated on several duets, including “Nobody But You” — which hit No. 1 on Billboard‘s Country Airplay chart — and “Happy Anywhere“. They also dropped the holiday song “You Make It Feel Like Christmas” and “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” from Shelton’s 2016 album “If I’m honest.”
GWEN AND BLAKE MARRY
On July 3, 2021 Gwent Stefani and Blake Shelton were married in an intimate backyard chapel wedding at Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma. There were approximately 40-friends and family in attendance. The cake was 5-tiers with a traditional bride and groom topper. Dancing went on well into the evening, and friends have said that is exactly what the newlyweds wanted. A small affair with those whom they loved.
